ORDER This 27th day of February, 1992, it appears to the Court that the plaintiff-appellee, State of Delaware (""State"") has filed a motion to affirm the judgment of the Superior Court, which denied the defendant-appellant's, Carl J. Haskins, Jr. (""Haskins""), petition for post-conviction relief. Supr. Ct. R. 25(a). The State contends that the Superior Court correctly determined that the issues raised by Haskins' successive petition for post-conviction relief, under Superior Court Criminal Rule 61, were procedurally barred according to settled Delaware law. This Court has concluded that the State's motion to affirm should be granted for the reasons set forth on that issue in the memorandum opinion of the Superior Court dated January 14, 1992.
